Capocollo di Calabria


Along with Calabria Sausage and Soppressata, the Capocollo di Calabria si the typical cold cut of the whole region. Made with pork loin. Can be enjoyed as an appetizer among other cold cuts.












'Nduja


Great if enjoyed raw, thinly sliced, with the classic local bread. Great also when cooked with pasta.

Parma Ham


Worldwide Famous, the Parma Ham is one of Italy's typical products. Produced in Emilia-Romagna, can be enjoyed raw, thinly sliced, with bread or melon.













Cooked Ham


Great if eaten thinly sliced with bread, or cut in small cubes to enrich a variety of dishes like salads and pasta.










Coppa


Made with pork neck muscles, its seasoning process is similar to ham's. Great if eaten as an appetizer.










Round Bacon


As normal Bacon, it's great if sliced and served as an appetizer or to enrich a starter dish like pasta.












Fresh Sausage

Mortadella Bologna


Made with a mix of pork meat, calf meat and lard. Widely known as "Bologna", which is the name of the town where it was created. Can be eaten as a cold cut with bread or possibly as an appetizer.











Felino Salami


Typical italian salami, produced in the small town of Felino with 100% pork meat. One of the most typical appetizers, especially if coupled with Parma Ham which is made in the same area, and with a good glass of wine. It's very important to cut it in the traditional diagonal way, with thick slices.
