Fresh Provola

This soft tasted cheese is great if eaten cut, grilled or in salads, and even with pasta.


Typical calabrian cheese with a very delicate taste and a creamy heart. A very rare product, great as an appetizer.

Smoked Ricotta

Delicate as normal Ricotta with a more intense taste, can be semi-fresh or seasoned. Smoked for three days with Olive wood.

Fresh Hot Pecorino

Fresh Pecorino cheese, made with sheep milk with added hot pepper from Calabria.

Hard Pecorino

Seasoned from 8 to 14 months, with a strong and hot taste. Good also if grated on pasta.

Mixed Cheese

Fresh cheese made with whole milk, both from sheep and cow. White colour and sweet, delicate taste. Usually enjoyed as an appetizer or as the end of a great meal.

Grana Padano and Parmigiano-Reggiano

Two typical italian cheeses. Grana Padano can be eaten in a lot of ways, grated, in chunks or thin slices, adding a delicate flavour to each food without killing its taste. After 1 year and a half of seasoning is better when grated. Fantastic appetizer if coupled with a fine white wine, great also if eaten during a meal with a red wine.Parmigiano-Reggiano is an unreplaceable ingredient of mediterranean diet and fine italian cooking. When grated is the perfect match for pasta, rice and soups. Can also be eaten alone or with vegetables. A classic italian way of eating Parmigiano-Reggiano is with pears or traditional aromatic vinegar.

Fresh Ricotta

Soft consistency, sweet and neutral flavour, best eaten with bread or as a condiment for pasta.
